Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provides many useful suggestions and information for us and offers a bath in the rooms, although they looked much worse than in the pictures. The service, while pleasant, was not as handy as expected, and unfortunately, some unfriendliness was encountered. The location is very convenient, with plenty of food and shopping choices nearby, but it's quite a bit far from the MTR station. The dining options, albeit needing more variety and improvement in quality, came at a very reasonable price.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a well-laid-out bathroom and a slight view of HK island. Although the check-in experience lacked care, the staff were super friendly and professional. The location, in the quieter part of Tsim Sha Tsui, is convenient for exploring Hong Kong, though it may be challenging for elderly guests due to the upward hill. The dining options have variety but need improvements in food quality. Overall, a decent choice for a stay in Hong Kong.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were quiet, well-equipped, and away from the lift, ensuring a peaceful environment. The service was exceptional with incredibly nice and friendly staff who went the extra mile to accommodate my requests. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was satisfactory but could offer more variety. Overall, a great value for the money.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfect in every way, spacious, and we even had daily supplies of water and fresh towels. The location was amazing, right by the Bar Street with easy access to dining and transportation. The service was top-notch, with extremely helpful staff though slightly offhand at times. The dining experience was decent, with adequate choices, and the price was fair overall.
I had a great stay at the hotel, with a mix of positives like the outstanding service and convenient location, but also a few drawbacks such as the room next to the elevator. The hotel provided exceptional service, giving me directions over the phone, and the location was fantastic, offering easy access to transportation and dining options. However, being next to the elevator was not ideal for a solo business traveler. Overall, a good experience with a few minor inconveniences.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is unique, close to the vibrant Knutsford Terrace with plenty of dining options, albeit a bit hilly to reach from the MTR station. The service was exceptional, especially the taxi service which was beyond helpful. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options, but the room size was on the smaller side, typical of Hong Kong standards.
The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, very convenient to malls, restaurants, and bars, and just a short walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. The rooms are modern and very clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The service is excellent and accommodating, ready to assist with any requests. However, the steep hill leading to the hotel may not be suitable for elderly guests. The dining options are varied with reasonable prices but might be costly for budget travelers.
The hotel is situated in a lively area with many dining options, offering comfortable and clean rooms with good quality amenities. The staff is professional and accommodating, although there were some drawbacks in the dining experience. The location is convenient with easy access to transportation and attractions.
